Delete your Waylight account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. No phone call, no waiting period, no questions required.

In the app (fastest)

• Open the Waylight app and go to Settings.
• Choose Delete my account.
• Confirm. Your account and the documents, letter photos, and answers stored with it are deleted.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@askwaylight.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm when it’s done.

Good to know

• Deleting your Waylight account never affects your Medicaid case, application, or benefits — those live with the official agency, not with Waylight.
• Letter photos are already deleted automatically 30 days after upload, whether or not you delete your account.
• The routing quiz on this website stores nothing, so there is nothing to delete from it.
